Erti is an online platform to sell/buy premium and high quality pre-loved and brand-new apparels for women, baby and kids. We aim to redefine fashion through alternative consumption by extending the life of apparels – all in the name of sustainable tomorrow.
The word “Erti” originates from the Malay language, which stands for ‘meaning’ and/or ‘value’.
New (With Original Tags)
The item is as new, with no alterations, no defects and has never been worn with the original tag attached. They are in the same condition as when it was first purchased.
New (Without Original Tags)
The item is as new, with no alterations, no defects and has never been worn without the original tag attached.
Very Good Condition
Pre-loved item that is very well maintained & hardly worn. Slight defects and well-done alterations will be listed in the product descriptions and/or visible in the photos.
Good Condition
Pre-loved item that is well maintained & worn frequently. Any defects and alterations will be listed in the product descriptions and/or visible in the photos.
Our team rigorously inspects every item on our website according to our in-house guidelines. For luxury items, we collaborate closely with a certified authenticator based in Kuala Lumpur. You may opt to engage this service for an additional charge to obtain a Certificate of Authenticity.
Original retail price will be based on the tags (if any) or well researched through cross-referencing via multiple sites, stores and retailers to achieve the most accurate estimation.
We will try to retain the item in its original packaging. In the event that this is not possible, we will pack the item(s) using our own in-house packaging materials.
Shipping and Delivery
At present, we only deliver to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak. Our team is working really hard to expand to other regions too in the future. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.
We will try to process our orders on the same day, provided that the orders were placed before 1pm (Malaysian time). Orders confirmed after 1pm (Malaysian Time) will be processed on the following working day. You will receive a delivery update notification via email once your order has been shipped out.
The email contains the tracking number for your order. Please note that shipping to rural areas may experience slight delays and please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we will not be able to change it once the shipment is on its way. Return and Refund
Return processes are reserved for cases of item damages, defects or for any incorrect delivery. Refunds will be made via e-gift voucher. Kindly refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more information.
